Jennifer Cunich appointed the new Chair of Â鶹Éç Board
Â鶹Éç is pleased to announce Ms Jennifer Cunich as the new Chair of the Board of Â鶹Éç, taking over from Mr Adrian Harrington who has been appointed Chair of the Board of the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation (NHFIC).

Ms Cunich has over 30 years’ experience in the business and property sectors and has been a member of Â鶹Éç’s Board since 2019. Jennifer has a very strong background in housing and planning, having been a former Non-Executive Director of the Victorian Planning Authority, CEO of the Australian Institute of Architects and Executive Director of the Property Council of Australia.
In addition, Â鶹Éç is pleased to welcome Ms Alexandra Waldren as a new Independent Director. Alexandra is the National Director Industry Policy at Master Builders Australia and is the current Chair of Livable Housing Australia. She has over 20 years’ experience as a government public policy adviser with expertise in transport infrastructure, aged care and regional development.

Â鶹Éç’s outgoing Chair, Adrian Harrington departs Â鶹Éç after nearly six years, having served firstly as an Independent Director and as Chair of the Board for the last two years.
